as you all know i am not a hardened trucker just the odd run now and then to get experience.I know its near spag junction somewhere…ta

Had to be near junction 6 as the proper name for that exit is Gravelly Hill Interchange but of course we all know and love it as Spaghetti Junction. 
M6 Junction 6. Take A38 Signposted Lichfield. This is Tyburn Road.
DO NOT TAKE THE A38M INTO THE CITY.
Turn right at the first set of traffic lights into Gravelly Industrial park. It is signposted.

Oh heck, just had a thought. I’ll be using that junction at about 08:00 tomorrow morning and takingt the A38M. Do I have to be on the look out for a lost Welshman?

i dont know what the big fuss about spag bol junction is, its very well signposted,as long as you know where your going u shouldnt have a problem.
is it agency work then?
best way to learn is to get there and figure it out other wise you will not remember for next time!

About 2 mins from spag bol junction if there is no traffic.
If there is traffic then it is anyone guess…

You’re confusing matters now. The easiest way is to come down from the M5 and stay to the left.

It is the A5127 that goes through Erdngton and thence to Sutton Coldfield.
The A38 is the Minworth road.

Spot on - even I coudn’t miss it. Used to pass it every night till our hub moved.
M6 southbound -J6 - take the 3rd exit off the r/bout (A38 - Lichfield) - this is Tyburn Road. What Kate said 
Many thanks especially kate,found it easy enough but the turning into the estate at the lights was very tight i thought… carlsberg tetley even do free vending machine drinks what a bonus…
This is a great place to go if you need a quiet place to park up for a bit. Acres of concrete and v little traffic.
