Thomas hardie are crap!

currently sat in the volvo garage at coventry getting my suzzie connections fixed which thomas hardie should have fixed last night when my truck was in. it was in to get another problem fixed which they claimed to have done but did not.

when the fitter here looked into the problem the whole suzzie was drenched inside with water!!! so all the connections are busted inside!

im bloody fumming at this time i should be on the bloody boat, but nope. so thank you very much thomas hardie at trafford park.

Not Hardies but another Volvo dealer, Crossroads, have been responsible for a recurrent nightmare of mine for ooh, about 15yrs now. Let’s just describe it as a 4 axled vehicle, a 3 axle brake relign, and throw in Poole bank near Harrogate and a fitter who had forgotten to adjust the slack out of the brakes after putting it all back together again… Very, very scary 5 minutes.
