I am wanting to know how you guys monitor or record mileage/fuel/mpg? I know how to do it manually, but is there a programme or spreadsheet available that can do it for you? I will be checking 9 vans & 4 hgv’s so I am wanting to cut down on the time it will take!

I’ve made a pretty simple spreadsheet on excel, you just enter the weekly earning, km’s and fuel and it works out the total earnings, ppm, wages, mpg, whats left after fuel and wages as a £ figure and percentage. It works out the figures for the whole fleet and for each individual vehicle, if you want a copy just pm me with your email address and i’ll send it over to you.
