hi all

if you need to make use of the extra hour driving (10 hrs twice a week) does the second 45 min break need to be taken in one 45 min block or can you split this break into a 15 then a 30 as you can the first 45 break of the day??

It can be split. all 45 minute driving breaks can be split regardless of how many 45 minute driving breaks you have.
