there are simalar auctinos as well.like a mot exempt form(V112 i think)and there was one for passport applications which are free at postoffice.

If some mug is daft enough to buy it.
But then thinking about it with the cost of fuel nowadays it would probably be cheaper to buy one on eBay than driving to the Post Office to pick one up, especially if you have to pay to park as well
