Another caravan has been abandoned in a layby on the A17 again.
So the tax-payer has to pay for it to be cleared away.

Scrap gone but road is oily so the clean up begins. Just down the road from me. Not sure when he was going, only small ind est up that road and it’s a bad turn for artics. Just the bottom door catches holding that lot in.

I had that happen to me taking 29 tonne of stinky veg waste to a cattle farm ,undid the o.s door and the finger broke on the n.s door ,I got covered in it ,had to drive home naked and bin my shoes and clothes
