Sounds like tank transporter work. I know that the jobs was virtually civilianised about 5 years back. I think you may be required to go away for 6 months at a time and drive in other countries (Dependant of course on who the politicians decide to pick an arguement with next)

yes them other countries being afgan and the likes

Certainly sounds like tank transporters with the Catterick and Bulford addresses. Used to be in 3sqn at sunny Senny, great fun, great times, but don’t think I’d fancy dying for anything B liar or traitor Brown have decided it’s worth (someone elses son) dying for.

When you submit the message wait a moment and see if it gives the ‘view your message’ or ‘return to forum’ message - if not then just click submit again and wait for ‘view your message’ or ‘return to forum’ message - when that appears you know it is ok

If someone has posted at the same time as you then it will show their message when you click submit which requires you to click submit again - this is done just in case you wish to change your message before submitting again in view of what the other poster has written

Thank ya kindly Rog. I’ll try to remember that but with technology my mind seems not to be able to accept nor retain information. I think it’s a kind of mental block thing to save me from mental anguish. A bit like the fact my gorgeous 19 year old daughter has a steady boyfriend who’m I think is a really nice guy, but my mind REFUSES to entertain the idea that they do anything more than hold hands! :imp:

Yeah right it means you’re a soldier with an LGV licence. So what happens when you’re not driving the wagon and you’re put on ‘other duties’.

Says minimum age, but no maximum. I’m 58 what do you think?
