The two cops trying to stop him could do wit a bit of training. at 1:13 and 2:22 the copter says “Boxed in at the junction”…i wouldn’t exactly call that boxed in, clear space to the rear at 1:13 and easy to swing out at 2:22 
at least the rig driver did a better job
