Carlbrum, you are only allowed to to do 90 hours driveing time in the double week, this is taken as follows 6days = 56HOUR WEEKEND REST
2ND WEEK 34HOURS DRIVEING ; You have to take your daily rest so
11hrs rest every day, this allows you 13hrs per day to use for drive time,rest breaks, work time, poa,s.
you are allowed to drive twice in one week 10hrs ,and then 4 x9hrs=56HR
in the next week, you then can only drive a total of 34hrs,THIS MAKES 90HR;S total,
or you take a 9hr rest which allows you a 15hr in which you have drive time,rest breaks, work time, poa,s.
this is only allowed 3 times per week, and you must recover the time that is missing (6Hr total) before the end of the 3rd week,
you can also do a split rest period of a total sum of 12hrs of which you
take the main block of 8hrs at the end of the working day,
the other 4hrs may be taken in blocks of not less than 1hr total
This means that when you take a 16shift in this shift you must take breaks of 1hour total or longer, as you need a 4hr rest period to count ,
