Fishmongers in the southbound apparently.
Let me be the first to say that a fishmongers in a motorway service area will be about as popular as a turd in an ice cream shop. I’d bet the farm that it will be closed by this time next year.
If you are parked on the Northbound, you can walk over to the Southbound to buy fresh fish to cook for supper, by following the gravel footpath that goes under a tunnel under the motorway, or vice versa if parked on the Southbound.
Parking is free, it’s voluntary to pay to park, you are not forced to.
Try the Machiata coffee, will keep you awake for a week.
The inventive of you can buy a fish, add butter and pepper, wrap well in foil, wire to the exhaust, and cook as you drive.
Just don’t forget it’s there.
