The S/B is due to open next May.
The Duckpond isn’t finished yet on the N/B 
due to a contractor ■■■■ up.
The HGV fuel pumps are the last 3 or 4 at the Fuel station, looks a bit of a tight turn and the slips off and back onto the motorway seem a bit short,
I wouldn’t like to be backing into one of the first HGV spaces (on the right as you go in) when another truck comes piling in

There was a radio programme about it a year or so ago they said the owners had visited Tebay and where using Tebay as a business model .

There was also complaints from the yokels trying to get it stopped rather than divert a footpath a couple of hundred yards. Well that was their excuse.

Local nimbies opposed the new site for many years.Ranting on about the view being spoilt.
There are no houses anywhere near the new Msa.
There is a home made Pizzeria and bakery at the Msa.Good luck to their new venture.
They have cornered the market for fresh produce.
No Kfc or Mc’ds meals that make you hungry half an hour later.
