UK licence holders who have completed some training elsewhere in the EU can obtain a DQC by writing to:

Driving Standards Agency
CPC R&E Team
PO Box 280
NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE
NE99 1FP

In your application you must include:

your UK driving licence number
your contact phone number

The driver must include the periodic training certificate(s), a photocopy is not acceptable. Any training documents provided which are not in English must be accompanied by a translation. The translation must be submitted on headed paper from an educational establishment or embassy.

If you hold a foreign licence and have completed some or all of your training in the UK you can obtain a DQC by completing a DQC1 application form (available from customer.services@dsa.gsi.gov.uk or by telephoning 0300 200 1122).

Thanks for taking the time to reply buddy much appreciated
