Hello, been a while since I was on here!
Passed Class C a couple of months ago now & am waiting (a rather long time I might add!) to do my MOD 4 CPC. This is really annoying me as I feel so close but yet so far!.. I should probably be clear on this already, (I can hear the tut, tuts already!! lol)but thought I would just ask on here to get a spot on answer…I know I need my CPC MOD 4 to drive class C commercialy but what about C1 (7.5t)?
It would be great to get some clarification on this!

I think it depends really how long you have had your licence, but if your doing your cpc then you will not have grandfather rights and thherefore not be able to drive to earn money until you have cpc.

Driver CPC applies to professional drivers of vehicles over 3.5 tonnes GVW. So this would include 7.5 tonne drivers. legally speaking you will have to wait until you pass the module 4 to drive. Whether Driver CPC (initial) is being enforced at the moment is another debate.
