Yes I have done a bit of agency with them and spoke to other people that have worked there.
You work on an annualised hour thing so you might get a couple of weeks where you have it slackand only do 50 hours…then coeming to the end of the year you will be expected to do up to 70+ (poa and breaks etc makes sure you dont do more than 60 hours "work) .
Its multi drop on days with the occasional rdc the guys on nights seem yo have it a bit easier just going to rdcs and back BUT they also have the contract for some service stations which can be multi drop too I.E. up and down the M5 etc etc on some of the drps you have to take a pallet off the back of the truck and take it inside the shops SOME of them you actually put it on the shelves for them.
I think they are paying around £23k on days and £25 on nights and you have to do a weekend if your on nights IE Sun to Thurs or Tues to Sat.
Personally I would avoid it unless its agency and paid by the hour, but each to their own.
