Ite entirely up to you mate, i had a bad experience with them. Things not explained properly during the induction process. Someone hit me when i was out in a 14 tonner which wasnt investigated…a transport manager that cant even drive an LGV and so on.
iv been told they have a big turn over of staff as well as gardeners work long hours and only
get paid 9 hrs
They only pay 48 hrs a week, so if you work 60 then theres no overtime, but if you work less than 48 you come out better, but i was averaging 60 a week. Itll be tuesday to saturday aswell.
