Doctor wants me to start taking these as I’m apparently at risk of a heart attack / stroke in the next 5 years , cholesterol apparently , he did say the alternative is a healthy lifestyle plan , not sure what that could be as I already excersise , eat healthy due to diabetes
So anyone take statins , I’ve a appointment to see him but just wondered what it’s all about before lol get there , ta
Just take them, they are harmless, no side effects and can save your life, I take mine at night, it depends upon the type.
