For those of us who are on medication,after suffering heart attack or anginer and find them selve’s taking a particular drug (SIMVASTATIN)40mg. Beware although they are good at what they do ,and like myself i have to take them the side affects can be a little anoying ie:- muscle ache’s across the top half of your chest,arms,legs.But have no fear there is a naturale vitamin pill called CO Q 10 100mg,that im going to take 
its supposed to help along with all the exercise’s i do 
.And off course like all medication you must read and stick to what you have been precribed by the doc’s,i will let you know what the pill’s are like,or is there someone already takeing them who could tell me if they are any good.
Not take Simvastatin myself, but of all the vitamin pills I have ever taken, Co Q10 was the only one where I could defnitely say I noticed a difference.
Funnily enough I am just going through my list of medication to see if any might affect me going back to work. I have an appointment with my orthopaedic surgeon and then a kidney & lung specialist.
I take Simvastatin 40mg and have never had any side affects with that one. Although I thought it was only to help lower cholesterol

At present I am on a cocktail of 9 pills when I get up with another 9 taken throughout the day.
My Simvastatin is taken before bed as per the doctors instructions.
