I agree that the “totting up” system should result in an automatic ban at 12, but there’s no chance of him losing his job - the work we do is rather difficult to recruit for. Unless of course he has his vocational suspended by the TC in which case he’ll have to take a break and the boss get his driving gloves out. I believe his “tea and biccies” is this week and it’s happening as a “zoom” meeting set up by the gaffer in his office as the bloke is not very “tech savvy”.
He didn’t respond to the NIP and later claimed not to have received it due to not living at his address 
, otherwise he would presumably have just got the usual 3 points and £60 or whatever the going rate is. Some people like to make life a little more, er, interesting, I guess.
