Morning Tracy,
Wishing you and Archie a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year, nice to hear from you, take care, Best Regards Pete
This little Foden FE4/8 must have had an interesting life. At some point it was cut down into a tractor unit and given a new headboard and signwriting. There are photos of it coupled to a tandem-axle tanker trailer, quite remarkable for a wagon with only a 2.72 litre 4-cylinder 2 stroke engine. Unless,of course, it had also had a larger unit fitted at the time of conversion. Does anyone have any further information on LVJ 51 ?

A Burgoynes of Lyonshall pallet wagon, seen on the A4111 near Kington.
Can’t read the plate on that but looks like YJ06 VWL to me… Still on the fleet with nearly 800k kms on the clock. They also had VWM and Auther Oakley has VWO and VWE still.
Still going well as part of Pallet Track on the transport side
and the marquees are still maintaining some old girls (along with 2x newer CFs)

Hi ,Burgoynes a tidy fleet ,see they have a few MANS now ,regards Keith
Currently have the 3 MAN. 2006 18.220 4x2 shown in the pics. 2012 4x2 and a 2011 6x2 with rear lift/steer.
Aside from one 2012 Axor 1824 and a 2006 CF 6x2 the rest are 4x2 LFs as it stands
Artics are all Range-T Renaults
Marquees have 2 4x2 CFs with demountable bodies and then a few of the old Leyland DAF 60s they’ve had since they helped build the ark
