I’ve got one of these. Worked fantastic on my old scania not so well now I’ve got a MAN (bloody stupid plastic roof).

For those using a normal 240v TV and inverter do you need to have the engine running to watch telly to stop you draining the battery or can you watch it all evening with engine off and lorry still start okay in the morning?

P.s. I’ve never had a telly in a cab but wouldn’t mind one.

I can have mine on for 5 or 6 hours with no issues without running the engine. I suppose it depends on how good the batteries are.
