phoned volvo last night at 7 pm injector number 4 has dropped, dont drive the truck they said we will recover it, was loaded for boulogne fish market, can you lend a lorry please? no way say volvo. managed to jiggle things about fish gets away. the result was the recovery turned up at 10 pm. during the wait i phoned volvo 3 times to find out what was going on, was told its not there problem they sub the recovery out, Another time it broke down with a chip on the i shift, lost for 4 days in France, managed to rent a scania. anyone else had problems with volvo and breakdown?
volvo never want to do any work as part of warranty they always um and ah about things instaed of just doing the job they always blame something else first. our firm used to have a volvo garage in the yard as part of the contract but when that ran out f/liner couldnt kick them out quick enough.
