It’s 15250 with the tipper on ,14250 with the flat ,other wise tare is 12750 ish ,messed up the other day put 15 tonne of muck on suspension wouldn’t come up so tipped some off as all was at back and put it back on the front ,didn’t know it was that heavy until I weighed in .

It’s 15250 with the tipper on.

That’s bloody good, I think our grab 6w only carries 13 at a push, and an 8w MAN Smiths had on demo recently with a Thompson Loadmaster only carried 18.2.

The weights quoted were tare not payload m8 so with tipper on its 10750 payload .

Couple of ERF photos and not very good ones at that I’m sorry to say, the ERFs belong to somebody who ran them to Spain in the 90’s , he still runs a haulage company today.

I’m hoping one day he will let me copy his collection which line the walls of his office and if he does I will put them on here.


Spotted this in the car park at Banburys’ Toby Carvery last week.

Think they use that merc on the railway ?
Or surveying roads, it looks familiar muckaway.

Not seen much about over the last week or so , but I do like this Scania.
