I’m quite prepared to be shouted down whilst I’m learning, but isn’t a breadcrumb just a breadcrumb :question:

rest assured I’m no cook :blush: and I know you wouldn’t put liquid into breadcrumbs at least I don’t think so :laughing: but some recipes do have dried and some have fresh breadcrumbs

I remember my gran making dried ones out of the bread that had gone dry when making fish cakes, but that was in the days when nothing was wasted and the wife now uses fresh for a chicken dish
