Had the AS24 rep at my door Wednesday wanting to know why we have not used them for over 3 months. When i showed him my price comparison he seemed shocked. He has promised to beat my lowest price next week. So i have sent him my bulk price tweaked a little. Lets see if he stands up to his promise 
Harvest @ 106.64 is my best for next week, with UKf @ 108.10 sadly running last

My ukf 106.70 harvest 107.15 not very often my ukf beats your ukf also keep an eye on your ukf invoices they overcharged me 3p a litre a few weeks back and its still not sorted they dont seem keen to deal like they used to

My account manager at the time [Shaun] sorted it out PDQ, but then again, he was a good lad 
Got to agree regarding their lack of entrepreneurship, its quite dispiriting after such a long run of customer care
Have you had the email regrading their proposed card charges coming in from the 26th ?
Ive seen a lot of negative comments about UkF. Many people feel massively overcharged and complain about it . Customer service is rude and not dealing with complaints accordingly. It looks like they employ members of staff to improve feedback given using fictional email addresses. Ive stopped dealing with them and amount of “unhappy” customers is ridiculous.

Most of the time i find them ok all though last couple of months has been bad its when i change account managers the problems start

I forgot to mention it, but I got UKF down to 105.95 after a fair bit of arguing for this week
Got our esso card through uk fuels down to 105.47 this week.
Next week is 105.09 with esso through ukf and silvey close behind at 105.5 something.
Getting better each week now. As normal on the run up to the dreaded C word.
