PAUL GEE's PHOTO COLLECTION (Part 1)

Piston broke:
I took my Class 3 on a TM exactly like that one - it could even have been that one - with Wiltshire Transport Training from Devizes. They’re still going today.
Although the TM was a nice drive, certainly to learn on, it had the turning circle of an ocean liner  A lot of the training, and the test, was based in Swindon and the infamous Magic Roundabout. Pretty daunting in a car, let alone a lorry :open_mouth: :grimacing:

Great memories triggered by a great pic again, thanks Dean

There was an article in one of the heritage mags about a TM tractor unit, that was also registered in Radnorshire like the one in photo above and if my memory serves me correct so was the one I passed my test in with Birmingham Training Group who was part of the R.T.I.T.B group, the local Bedford dealer must have had a good discount going at the time!
