Returning to work for meetings

Scenario…

Finish night shift at 0530.
Return to work for meeting, clocking on at 1530.
Meeting lasts 2 hours, clocking off at 1730.
Go home.
Return to work for normal shift start at 2030.
What is the max I can now be on duty - 13 hours from 2030 (0930) or 13 hours from 1530 (0430)?
Thanks.

Your new shift started at 15.30, so as of 17.30 you have 13hrs spare providing you’re opted out of the WTD nights rule

6:30 finish no later ! meeting is work related so working time accountable
You’ve got 5 hours between meeting and normal start time so split rest (3hours at least needed) can be taken

Your new shift started at 15:30. So within 24 hours of that time you need to have 11 hours rest or 9 if reduced rest taken.

However if you increase your daily rest to 12 hours by splitting it into two periods, one of three hours and one of 9 hours.

Your first period is from 17:30 to 20:30.
You can then work until 06:30 and then take 9 hours bringing you up to 15;30 again so in the 24 hours from 15:30 to 15:30 you have had 12 hours rest and worked until 06:30. Without taking a reduced rest.
