This week mon- Friday finished today at 11.45
Off tomorrow
Sunday back in at 5.00 am so reduced rest of 41h 15m
Then Monday to Friday prob finish bout same time as today the take a normal weekly rest ?

From what you posted = legal
BUT… we would need previous weekly rests to give a definitive answer
Assuming you had a regular weekly rest period that could count for last week it’s legal.
You will most likely need a regular weekly rest period next week but it will really depend on your previous weekly rest periods.
