Working Day - Rest Pattern

I have been doing more work where I have been reducing my daily rest to 9 hours 3 times a week which means I sometimes start within 24 hours of the start of my last shift. I was wondering if my shift pattern and the way I have understood the rules are ok and legal.

My hours this week were

Monday: 5am to 17:35
9 hours rest then
Tuesday: 2.40am to 10.am
19 hours rest then
Wednesday: 5am to 15:55
13 hours rest then
Thursday: 5am to 17.15
9 hours rest then
Friday 2.15am to 5.50am

OFF SAT AND SUNDAY.

does this look ok?

LOOKS OK TO ME

Cheers Mate, I just started thinking that I was misreading the rules.

Assuming you’re on EU regulations a new 24 hour period starts when you’ve completed a daily rest period, or when you start a new shift after a daily/weekly rest period if you prefer.

Think of it as not an actual period of 24 hours but a maximum period of 24 hours
