WTD and Driving Hours

Hi All

Could do with some advice, My head is mashed with the WTD and Driving hours.

If i work 06:00 till 17:00 say. I drive for 2 hours take 15min, other work for 2hour, drive for 2 hours take 30min. other work for 2 hours have a 15min break and drive for 2 hours then go home have i caused any infringements?

does the 45min required over 9 hours for WTD get included when you have 45min for driving time or do i need to take an additional 45min for WTD?

This is so confusing.

Breaks count for both at the same time but driving time breaks have more rules
Legal what you posted but you could miss out one of the breaks
10 mins other work + drive 2 hours take 15 min break, other work for 2 hours. drive for 2 hours, other work for 2 hours have a 30 min break and drive for 2 hours + 5 mins other work
