No O licence

Question for you?
What do you do if you think someone is operating with no o licence?.
I have checked on the .gov site and I can find an o license but it is revoked and was originally a restricted licence. The truck shows no o licence in the windscreen (is this still a requirement ?)
What are the options from here?
I.e. how do I make further checks myself before involving the authorities?

It will be far quicker to deal direct with an enforcement officer @ a check site than go through their website, the officer has everything at his/her fingertips, and it will be quite rapid punishment if there isn’t an O licence in place, as they have the truck on their site…boom, cabled up and paperwork in the post…

For intelligence press 4.

As already said, checkpoint is a easy and quick way. A phonecall to ask the question would also bring results.

A disc is still required unlessed leased/rented for less then 28 days i believe but still needs to be “on” the license.
