There is no blacklist within the haulage industry, just look at the way, idiots keep lumping bridges, and alike, seem to go from job to job with ease.
I don’t think that sort of thing is what most people think of when they think of some sinister blacklist. It has more to do with those making trouble within the industry by trying to improve things for workers, which will end up far more costly than a few bridge being bashed.
However considering drivers are well known for not sticking together to force change, I doubt there needs to be such a blacklist, although it maybe that things have got so bad because the industry has the most effective secret blacklist known to man.
