that dts merc is coverered in chrome vinly and its stuck on like the new stobart livery which i think is nice my favourite is a firm down the road from me as taylor red chassis ivory creme cab and sign writing and stripes in to differant shades of green they look really smart coupled to matching trailers
My personal favourites are Danish trucks, none in particular, theyre all the business in my opinion, and a company from Sweden had a lovely looking fleet, Onsala Akeri AB from Gothenburg, or am i just being biast because i used to work for them
Have to say my personal favorites are
Geoff Gilbert International near Spalding- Met blue units. The old Scanny 143s looked the muttās Nuttās
Thorburn International. Awsome crome stacks with black/ white reefer trailers

If you love polishing and working your nuts off then they r the outfit for you! Vehicles have to be kept clean no matter what time of day you stroll i nto the yard, isnt that right Wal ?
Is this a good price for A Thorburns Scanny?

Some nice signwriting jobs on some owner driver units but fleetwise I reckon Sainsburys blue units and orange trailers are quite eye catching. Always clean too.
Anyone out there got any favourites or better still, some pictures!
would say maybe Barline or Tinnelly⦠or Hannonā¦
Would have to agree with you there V8, Tinnellys are smart wagons especailly there bull nose scannys
I would have to say for the amount of wagons they operate, im very surpised to see how smart Stobarts wagons are, I think there new design is very eye catching and they are all high spec Globbys or Topliners
Best looking fleet in the world

Very eye catching if you are fortunate to see a clean one!! Come to think about it you would be fortunate to see a dirty one nowadays!!
Seems they may not be around for much longer though!
Cheers, bullitt.
When they are polished up, Ralph Davies Volvos look prety fine
the best livery
that would be mine
normally very clean.
only joking, my favourites are
I always quite liked the original TEPS liveryā¦although it looks dreadful on the newer wagons, and the āupdatedā version is so dire that I spent a full 10 minutes with my (then) TM staring at the first wagon to carry it in dumbstruck horrorā¦
Hereās the old oneā¦not a very good pic, but itās the best I can do and gives you an ideaā¦(bear in mind they normally pull K-line/Cosco/Maersk boxes - it clashes horribly with the orange UBC/IBC ones⦠)
Whilst not so traditional, my current firmās is pretty eyecatching, especially with one of our own 45ft boxes on so it all matches. People in cars still manage to ānot seeā us, thoughā¦
Again, not the best truck to show it on (the Volvos look smarter IMHO) but as good as it gets for nowā¦
Whats that foreign firm called that does a lot of bulk tanker tuff with the metallic blue and silver unitsā ā ?

van bentums

Best looking trucks Anything with Northern Irish plates
Ewing brothers also have some very nicely turned out motors.
From the mainland I would say P&C Hamilton from Girvan and Pulleyn.
New Stobart livery is awesome using the latest technology in vinyl. Fagan & Whalley run a tidy fleet - all washed by hand, no long brushes allowed⦠I try and keep my tractor unit mint but the regular night driver who shares with me canāt see the crumbs he makes in the darkā¦
