Another one doing the rounds…

When will these idiots learn…
The towable toilet driver is clearly more at fault here. However, If I was the truck driver I’d be keeping that cam footage a secret and try to sort it out the old fashioned way. Unless they have it on CCTV (very possible given the location) he could just say the toilet driver cut him up at the last minute. How could anyone prove what really happened.
I’d imagine most companies would be furious with their driver for allowing that to get as far as it did though.
The thing that annoys me is in both of these caravan so called accidents the so called professional drivers could have avoided them so it must be more common than I thought but because of people like them I have to sit in traffic for hours and it seems like almost everyday I get held up because of 1 or more accidents
99% of these people cutting in will be dicks but every once in a while it might be someone rushing to hospital because their child’s been taken ill or something like that.
Victa1:
Both as bad as each other , but caravan man got what he deserved ! , trucker done what most of us would wish to do but wouldn’t dareWhat was woman doing in the aftermath , running to work lol?
I think the above response is probably the most apt.
I find that now using a dash cam tends to make me drive just that little bit more cautious , leave that little bit more room, knowing that while a dash cam can clear you, it can also condemn you!. make sure it’s working in your favour.
While the wobble box driver was a knob, let him go and have his accident somewhere else!
If an experienced driver as most of us are, knowing that stretch of motorway, if I’d been caught in the wrong lane, it’s just as quick to continue along to J7 and get on the M5 from the other direction when there is a snarl up.
While lorry driver was a bit of a ■■■ with his actions,I still have a chuckle when the old git gets out after the accident and throws his hands in the air in a “what the hell are you doing” gesture, like he was just plodding along minding his own business and was completely innocent
That blue car in front was either ‘driving on his/her brakes’ (who do some people DO that?) or getting annoyed at the driver behind and trying to say ‘stop approaching my arse’.
I note the video had been taken down
This incident is a real reflection on society today, the whole thing could have been avoided if the parties involved had have been a bit more reasonable with each other, but no, both parties were too concerned with gaining the upper hand and as a result, thousands of pounds worth of damage and lucky nobody was seriously hurt or even worse killed. Irrespective of whose fault it was the truck driver had no need to talk to the caravanner as he did, how professional not! The caravanner does have a questionable interpretation of mirror , signal ,manoeuvre, but the truck driver both during and immediately after the incident came across as just a horrible Cadet Under Naval Training. His ignorance being at such a level that he actually thinks the dash cam footage is going to help his cause.
this is why hgv drivers will never be classed as professional or skilled while these ■■■■■■■■■ are on the road.

Absolutely, it’s a shame that we are all tarred with the same brush.

Well he has his 15 minutes of fame now, he has 2 more videos apparently- as if the first one wasnt incrimminating enough.
Love the excellent journalism, “Caravan appears out of nowhere” What a load of twaddle.

Oh dear it seems to have escalated rather quickly 2 million views! Tell ye post the wrong thing on the Internet and it can grow arms and legs without you even realising!
Wonder if its been taken down coz hes a member on here and hes realised most think hes a knob
After watching it again the truck driver seems even more of a knob. The wobble box man should be charged with due care and the HGV with causing a colission.
And I’m wondering if the captive woman ran down the road looking for a locator marker so she could tell the emergency services exactly where they were.
love the ‘I have 2 more videos’ which I will pass onto the police quote.
on the voting bit its a high percentage that agree with him mind so am guessing he has had all his mates vote.
hopefully his boss has said take it down you ■■■ before someone mentions the company.
Must admit, ive seen lorry drivers do as much stupid driving as caravaners…
