I went about 5 years ago and yes,there were many on the road - the sun and the lack of precipitation means that all vehicles last much longer out there.

the Foden is like new 
The foden and the trailer is immaculate, he either takes very good care of it of paints it all every day. It really is that clean.
My old mate Bill had a house there. I think his wife still goes on holiday, He used to have some brilliant pictures of Brit trucks. He even found an old F86 that he owned once. That was years ago though, I doubt there are many 86’s running even there.
