Born Idle:
What a pathetic thing to say…is the wheel of your truck a toilet. Is a layby a toilet? Is anywhere that isn’t a toilet a toilet? You are a moron!
Hmmm sorry, but yes sadly.
But then your talking to a bloke that had a crap in the middle of the Aberdeen holiday Inn reception area as a protest about room service when I was well hammered before going offshore.
Some drivers are lazy sods and wont use a toilet if 40ft away so yea sort of agree with that but as we all no its not always possible and a laybye is your only option .
you can tell the trolly dollys who do depot trunks and in bed 9hrs later and the ones who have stayed in a laybye and no choice but to its way of life so to the op when your weekended in a laybye whatyou doing walking 30miles for a toliet am sure most drivers would be only to happy to have cosey night tucked in corner of truckstop breakfast made for them in morning and a shower every night but in reality it dont work like that .

Is the wheel of your truck a toilet… YES
Is a layby a toilet… YES
Is anywhere that isn’t a toilet a toilet… YES
Is the inside of your truck a toilet…only at night when the curtains are closed
Is a nightclub doorway a toilet…NO
Is a dark alleway a toilet…NO
Is anywhere you can’t see me a toilet…NO
Another f**king moron!
You just don’t get it ■■?
If there is a toilet then i will use it, but if there is not i will have a wazz where ever i want SIMPLES!!!
Don’t think that makes me a moron■■?
I grew up in the country, spending most of my childhood in farmyards. We just had a ■■■■ wherever and whenever, bedside the old farm wifes didn’t want us trailing ■■■■ through the house. In fact I knew of one farm that upto the nineties didn’t have a toilet our bathroom at all. But that’s a whole new subject.
As a driver I see lots of toilets good and bad. You eventually know where its healthy to stop. Ie tebay, good. Killington lake, not so good. Some factories or mills I go to, I wouldn’t let my dog near the toilets. Portaloos for drivers? Steel toilets like in prison for drivers? No way sir. Into the woods for me, reminds me if my childhood, see?
wildfire:
I seen some really lazy drivers, a couple of months ago one took a leak on the pumps at chievley services while filling up, and then this week pulled into reading services and one guy takes a leak by the air pump, now the toilet is only 40 feet away that’s lazy
after reading the other posts I will clarify my post, I have ■■■■■■ against the wheel of my truck and will continue to do so when there is no alterative in a layby ect, I try to find somewhere that the is a drain if possible as well, but my comment was about people ■■■■■■■ in the middle of the forecourt of the services when the toilets are close by, that’s just wrong!!!
as we get older it does get harder to hold it in, I know that from personal experience but you should still make an effort to ■■■■ somewhere that the next person is not going to have to walk through it

There is not many perks to the job these days, but one of the biggest perks as a driver, is the world is your toilet.
Oh and top tip for you, get yourself an empty Addblue container on the Monday, this way you only need to lob one ■■■■ bottle a week out of the window on Friday.
I was with a driver last week in a ristorante I won’t say where incase he reads this,
He’s an oldish chap been in the game a long time,
the ristorante had just closed there was still ppl floating about though and he got up off the bench we was sitting on just outside and went over lent against a colum also right outside the bar had proceeded to relive himself into the street
Iv never laughed so hard because he done it with out a care in the world like it was normal.
I’m a pretty careless where I do it but he’s effort would have took some beating

Hope that helps and all that.
Now thats a ■■■■ good idea. I once worked out that I pee 2 litres per night whilst parked up. (yeah I drink a lot of water). So therefore during 4 nights out I pee about 8 litres. So a 10 litre addblue would be ideal plus its a nice big thing to lob at a passing cyclist instead of my usual 2 lire milk bottle.
mind you that means I only get to lob a bottle at only 1 cyclist instead of 4!!!
so shall i rephrase my coment to us drivers then.?
but i would not think about urinating in a lorry park when there is a toilet 20 meters away.
mayby i would class my self a bit more professional than many then.

much bigger bottle though ,wait till there is 3 or 4 in a herd at the traffic lights
I do agree in part to what Born Idle said regarding laybys. Why do drivers pee onto tarmac (not nice if and when we get summer) when they could walk into nearby trees or behind a stone wall?
air horns:
i agree with you. in the summer the msa lorry park stinks of urine.
most of that stench has come from the japs eyes of our continental cousins i think you will find. you never see any of them inside msa’s when they are on their break just sat at the side of their trailers with their picnic hampers they ■■■■ where they eat/drink
