You’re the one who said that driving artics let alone an LHV is an egotistical thing.
Except I didn’t did i. I even clarified what I meant first time you asked. But sadly you’re either incredibly stupid and/or a liar, jury’s out on which so far.
Seems putting key words in bold to assist your understanding failed then

Yeah right the ability to handle a drawbar outfit doing box and trailer swaps is directly proportional to the willingness to work as building site or warehouse labourer.
Are you a manager by any chance.
Does that look like ‘hand balling some parcels to the back of the zb trailer’.Yeah right the 8 ft less makes all the difference in your blind view of the world.
Ironically that’s not a driver unlike in my case.Don’t forget I had to do it all again in reverse loading the one I was taking back after tipping the one I’d brought in.

What a drama queen. I see the error in your username. Instead of Carryfast it should be Carry[zb]all.
Let’s get this right by your logic a ‘driver’ wanting to be out on the road ‘driving’ a truck, preferably LHV, from place to place and not having their back broke by being used as a warehouse labourer for most of a shift, is a drama queen and wants to carry zb all.
About as logical as your username.
Carryfast:
So ending up on a disciplinary for refusing to carry out a management instruction is also your idea of a yes man.
Keep digging.
You f*****d up your back so much you had to retire in early 40’s, as you relentlessly tell us, did you destroy your health before or after this refusal? Or is the severity of your health problems just dramatically exaggerated? You seem to be becoming rather unstuck with these contradictory stories

Who decides who are the ones who you view as ‘compensating’ for something v all the others.
You’re the one who reached the bs conclusion now justify it by answering the question.
Let me guess you catagorise yourself as being above the ones supposedly ‘compensating’ for anything and so not in that category.
You consider yourself as being part of a higher elite who can advocate LHV’s while at the same time calling your peers egotists if they prefer class 1 work to class 3.
Who would have thought it.

Get it right. They zb’d up my back by playing the disciplinary card, with the union’s backing, after I’d refused to work as a ware house labourer hand balling artic loads.
I was forced into retirement when they stopped the direct trailer/box swap trunk run that I had then been put on a while after that.
They then wanted to put me back on more hub runs and with it more warehouse hand ball work again which I again refused on medical grounds.
They then sacked me on the same medical grounds.
Hope that helps but with your levels of comprehension I doubt it.

How heavy were the boxes that allegedly wrecked your health? You seem to be a bit of a princess.

I’ll have you know he loaded and tipped a full artic of parcels literally FOR MONTHS! For months, literally months. Moving boxes for a couple of hours a day forced a young man to medically retire. Months later. Months. Literally multiple weeks. God only knows how people who do it for a living full time survive the awful horrors their bodies are subjected to.
MONTHS!

If they (the bosses) want longer artics, why not B doubles like here in Oz? Oh no, I’ve probably wound CF up now.
But do you know the difference between an A or B Double? or a truck that can pull 2 45 trailers at 90t here legally in OZ?
CF will come and shoot you down silly man lol
Nooooooo, don’t get him started on that again, ffs.
you’re ■■■■■■■ against a force 9gale c.f. Is always right cheers Ray

Obviously enough for the Teamsters to rightly keep their drivers well out of it.Unlike the dodgy TGWU scum leadership here. You do understand the definition of ■■■■■■■■■■■ spinal compression injuries.

I’ve already said there’s no point in using artic double outfits here whether superior A as in the Norwegian example.
Or inferior B’s in a pointless attempt to circumvent having 3 points of articulation, at the expense of more cut in and less weight capacity because of the weight transfer issues v train weight.
Which is probably why NZ rightly prefers 4 + 4/5 rigid and trailer outfits.

Unless you really think that a B double can haul more and needs less room to turn than an A double outfit of equivalent deck length.Look on the bright side the Norwegians obviously agree with me and …Switchlogic on that issue.
Just a shame about the more awkward three points of articulation when reversing it.But I’d like to be given the chance to probably make switchlogic look silly in that regard even after 20 years away from the job.

I would like to read a CV from Geoffrey.
No transport company is interested in which infant school or senior school anybody went to, nor are they really interested in any exam results, they look for continuous employment, gaps in service and reasons for it.
The past 20/30 years must be a riveting read.

Bit modern for you, you probably wouldn’t even know how to start it up and get it moving at this stage.
FFS, tens of thousands of trucks are loaded and unloaded like that every day. Thank heavens most employees aren’t as soft as you. Do you think a forklift should load each little box?
Have you thought about taking a course of supplements, to overcome your fragility?

Feel free to provide any videos showing American or Australian UPS feeder ‘drivers’ being used as loaders/unloaders.‘Employees’ you’re avin a larf is that the best you’ve got.
You seem to have problems understanding the idea of palletisation and how it works.
You obviously didn’t read those comments regarding even those who are stupid or desperate enough to actually do the job obviously where the drivers stay well out of it.
TGWU the union that could even make the Teamsters look whiter than white.
Never argue with an idiot: they’ll drag you down to their level and beat you.
