Ok fridge boy, …But the difference between me and that manky matt cover is all those bugs, bacteria and fungi you mention are MINE,.the ones on that cover originate from half the drivers on the fleet.

So.I’ll keep ‘‘worrying’’ …but thanks all the same.

Frustration and anger doze I reck.

Maybe somebody trying to do an (unsuccessful) manual entry ?.

I went through a phase of manifesting my bad temper on inanimate objects.at one time , every door in our house had a fist sized hole in it…but the wife soon kicked off with me and sorted me out.
Another time I was threatened with the Police at Newcastle airport car park when the computerised machine would not do as I told it and I ended up doing a Mike Tyson on it
I’ve mellowed since those days btw.

Yep pvc insulation tape it’s a favourite for work steering wheels with bits missing or loose. Problem is it never stays stuck on.

Seen quite a few with smashed plastic lenses tbh. Either frustration and hitting it, or a mechanic doing something in truck and catching it with something.

Maybe ■■■ games gone wrong in the truck caused jt. Who knows.

Could even just be stresses on the plastic that cause them to break.

Or could just be manufacturing defects.

Could be a million reasons why and how it happens.

Less than 48hrs into the new job and the photos have already started to appear on TNUK

Can you imagine trying to sign up for “Universal Credit” having already admitted that you hold a HGV licence?

They’d send you packing to the Workhouse of Agencies that’ll have you run ragged 60-84 hour weeks for £10ph, less damages…
