Not to bad a day , took a while to get home as car all over the place , didn’t notice it on way to work , stopped and couldn’t see issue , checked nuts on changed wheel and they were tight , tire looked soft though , pumped it up to 38 ps1 from 30 psi & still looked soft , googled Ford focus space saver & said 60 psi 
, pumped it up & seems fine now

I decide every year not to watch it…..but always get bloody hooked.

I can’t remember the last time I wore jeans, too bloody uncomfortable to wear these days, fleece joggers & T-shirts are the only things I wear these days.
I had that kind of talk with the oncologist prior to having the radiotherapy, & of course there were students there which I said fine I don’t mind them sitting in.
She said you might not have any libido for a while after treatment. Three years after & it’s still dead as a dodo. 
I know I’m an old fart & past that phase of life, but it still feels strange that there’s absolutely nothing there, no sexual feelings, nowt.
