Anything up to 4 weeks. Although usually 10 days.
DVLA are not renowned for speed 
If your examiner sent it off it will take (usually) 10 working days. My C+E took 12 working days

Well had a phone call from john today about class 1 dates and ill be going back on tuesday 21st aug with test on wed. Hopefuly ill pass and be able to move up from class 2 to 1 before even starting driving on the 3rd of sept.

I had a week off this week to sort stuff out.
The agency text me this afternoon to say nothing for Monday but they may have something or the rest of the week. Here’s hoping.
No full time jobs going round your area?
Right so some advice please. I know john will tell me what i need to know but as i only have a 2 day training course and i really want to pass, do any of you have some good tips for lane positioning and other things?

Personally I think anyone trying to do an intensive course in 2 days is putting themselves under a lot of pressure. I’m not saying its not possible and I wish you the best of luck.
As for positioning it’s not much different to a rigid with a WnD outfit as the trailer near enough follows the path of the unit.
Just slow it all down though as the examiner wants to see that you can safely control (after you pass) 44t.
Looking forward to hearing that you have another blue certificate this time next week.
Today was my 1st day with Dan. He trained and passed Cat C with Andy.
I took the job of getting him C+E 1st time personally. After his performance today I will say Dan will pass at 1pm tomorrow in Chelmsford.
His reversing is superb like his driving. I know 2 days is not much but it is enough,

I will post a short diary later but i am pleased to say i passed with 4 minors.
Many thanks to ian for picking me out of everyone and john and andy for training me.
Mine and my familys life will change now start driving class 2 for coop on the 3rd and then start bugging them to upskill me to class 1 asap.
