Dugdales in Sowerby Bridge, starting to break out in to a cold sweat even typing this
Surely not this place?
I know one bloke who likes it. He is the owner of the local recovery firm and regularly has to sort out artics which get stuck and knock the walls down as they approach over this bridge.
There is another way in though,if you will fit through here

Once you enter through this arch - you cannot turn around, because there’s always some skips/bales/white van parked right where you need to shunt back to, to get even an urban trailer around.
Ha Thanks for reminding me,I used to deliver here to Peacocks in a class 2 many moons ago.Happy days

Asda chapeltown sheffield and asda chadderton lancs used to be bad ,have they got any better
Been to Asda Chapeltown a couple of times without any problems but I kmow it can be tricky. When I’ve come down the hill and over the mini roundabout and the green light has been on so I’ve been straight in and onto the turntable.
If the light is red and there’s loads of cars there’s no where to stop. Imagine trying to reverse out if there was a truck already in? Nightmare

First time I went to Asda in Chap I said to goods in bloke, " how the ■■■■ do I get out of here?!" He goes, “stand back lad” and got the turntable going Chaderton is a right dump, disconnect the suzzies and jackknife it around under the store nearly dismantling all the racking and if you get there and there’s a queue you block the road off and get looked at daggers by those shopping in Asda

No turntable when i went m8,you had to reverse off the main road ,the back door staff were not allowed to stop traffic due to health and safety tripe

B & Q Wandsworth, low bridge one side so drive in and reverse out blind onto a tight double parked road with impatient twunts not giving you an inch. And if you have to wait watch out for parking nazis…
Tossers!
I’d only walked to the gate and spoke to the yard man to see if he wanted it now or in the morning!
any fitness depot location ,they rent the cheapest unit they can, usually the ones in corners ones with no access, bays that block 4 of the neighbouring units and staffed by one man and a dog! who all ■■ off when a customer comes in ,and if really unlucky they come out and tell you back of trailer delivery driver/and no pump truck and the skids contain weights /dumbbells so spend all day on one delivery ( no joking one delivery with 2 of the above skids I hired 2 homeless guys to help me )…was on $15 per drop in those days and per the mile (Canada). I did my share o these drops for a year till I said I’m off if I get another ,it worked and my spot on the rota went to the next immigrant that started. jimmy.

We used to have to turn left and then blind side reverse down the road from the waste recycle place to get to the B&Q because of the low bridge whilst ■■■■■■■■ locals were using the road as a rat run and the goods in staff wouldn’t watch us back down the road which if I remember is a one way street and we are reversing down it
I flatly refused to go there again due to the fact we had to reverse down a one way street the wrong way.
They had their car park dug up and relaid about 4 or 5 years ago and I worked for the tipper hire company taking the soil and muck away. They employed some two bit cowboy outfit builders who were so disorganised it was beyond laughable. You had to cross the whole (busy) road and then back it in as they had different piles of crap all over the place and try to dodge about a dozen randomly dug holes.
