Where did I say disabled, Stevie Wonder? It was from a school known for “behaviourly challenged” (is that pc enough?) pupils.
Quite happy with this job, knowing I don’t need nights away to make a decent living.
As I see it, all hobbies are pointless. Collecting stamps, watching football, building model windmills out of matchsticks. There is no logic or profit in any of them, that’s the whole point of a hobby, to take time out from life’s obligation and do something entirely as an end in itself.
Personally, I buy, restore and sell old vending machines and seaside arcade amusement machines. There is absolutely no logic to doing this, not least since they operate on currency which hasn’t been in circulation for over 40 years and never will be again. If somebody else wants to sit in a lay by crossing lorry numbers off of a checklist then although I can’t see the attraction of that myself, I wouldn’t say it made them “sad” in any way.
Exactly i cant see why anyone would spend a fortune on fishing gear sit on a damp riverbank all weekend then throw the fish they catch back in but its not my money or me whos going to get piles so let yhem get on with it.
FFS is there a thread that the collective herd of ■■■■ wits on here can’t ruin with attacking each other?
