when these are taken by trailer the tank crews have to ride in the tanks but what protection youwould have
Excellent!! Are there any comms between the tank crew and the low loader driver, or do the tankies just make the most of the where ever the driver goes if things get âhotââ â !!
I donât want to say it after every one of your posts on this subject Neil, but this is for sure, my favourite topic on TN these days!! Keep those pictures and reports coming mate and stay safe.
well boys and girls i am back again safe and sound from a very quiet trip
just a couple of stones at windscreens but apart from that quite boring
i think i am gonna have to run over some of the dodgy looking items in the road to try and liven things up
some more pics to add hopefully later today or tomorrow
also may i say a big thank you to all concerned for your kind words that i have read and to those that have looked at this topic makes me feel a little less lonely out here

If you want to just waffle I am sure you have my phone number and personal addy but if not I will pm it just incase and if you need need me ANYTIME then USE IT!!! consider yourself told off! I keep odd hours so donât let the time of day stop you.
neil, i appreciate your efforts. your pictures and accouts of what you are encountering are a great resource for those of us concerned with what is going on over there.
Theyâre great Neil, do you still get what the [zb] do you want? When you turn up with a load . I should imagine it beats RDCâs and the like anyway. Stay safe .
to answer britpetes question first.
he sped through the fuel lines and when told off politely he zoomed off again this made all from the army down to the convoy supervisor very unhappy so an official meeting was arranged for 3pm that day and he refused to come so they came and fetched him and locked him up till the morning where he was banned from camp scania and when we returned he was sacked on the spot and given his plane ticket home to australia
now to ohterrys question.
there is plenty to do in kuwait including a gun club
time off varies between 2days and 4 all depends on army wanting convoys out.
