Excellent!! Are there any comms between the tank crew and the low loader driver, or do the tankies just make the most of the where ever the driver goes if things get âhotââ â !!

well boys and girls i am back again safe and sound from a very quiet trip 
just a couple of stones at windscreens but apart from that quite boring
i think i am gonna have to run over some of the dodgy looking items in the road to try and liven things up
some more pics to add hopefully later today or tomorrow

hello boys and girls
here i am back safely again after another pretty uneventful mission through baghdad.
wait did i say uneventful well it was apart from one of our drivers a right numpty being arrested at camp scania by 8 MPS.
will try and put some pics on later as i didnt manage to last week
as promised a few more pics
this is one of the signs at camp scania which is a halfway point where we fuel up and normally rest overnight.
if you look carefully just in front of the gun truck you will see the tarmac in pieces this is the result of an ied going off possibly a drop and pop
my air rifle never made dents like those on the road sign
a helicopter patrolling in the early morning sun
by rights this should not happen as the rear gun truck should halt traffic when we are stopped and transfer them to the other carriageway 
i did have a quick search to see if i could find this school in america to send them the pic but there were too many schools 
i always new it existed

to answer britpetes question first.
he sped through the fuel lines and when told off politely he zoomed off again this made all from the army down to the convoy supervisor very unhappy so an official meeting was arranged for 3pm that day and he refused to come so they came and fetched him and locked him up till the morning where he was banned from camp scania and when we returned he was sacked on the spot and given his plane ticket home to australia
now to ohterrys question.
there is plenty to do in kuwait including a gun club
time off varies between 2days and 4 all depends on army wanting convoys out.

his pea sized brain, still he was probably homesick for aussie.

meet a lot of americans we have quite a few in IAP as with any nationality you have the good and bad ones,the quiet and the loud ones,the know it alls and the just want to do job ones
as for the toilet roll Q havent a clue
but the bidet is as new as when it was put in
