Nice pad Neil, like the way you show us the excellent neighbour hood
and its surrounding assets with the modernfeatures, who pulled the
plug in the swimming pool.and I did not know that you have to do driveing
lessons on the track before you are set loose on the road.

be interested to know what the Yanks are really like
You don’t have to go far to find out what americans are like. Go to truck.net and it will pretty much sum things up for you. some are alright but there is an over abundance of know it alls, antagonists, and over bearing people. not to mention the whining and self centeredness. In my experience, brits are a lot more fun to be around than americans, at least a bit more pleasant.

neil, is that a us government built building? the surrondings and style of the buildings reminds me of my service days.

A bit obvious where the plug has gone out of the pool, a driver will have nicked rather than go and buy one, mind you he will need a big sink to plug it in

well another boring trip except the army ■■■■■■ were a bit lazy and didnt like doing too many hours so the trip took 8 days instead of 5.
the only excitement we had was when we were due to leave camp TQ.
about an hour b4 we were due to leave at 8pm 2 mortars came over and hit the tented area about a hundred yards from the dining facility there were casualties but we dont know how many.
here are some more pics which i hope you like.
this is was our convoy supervisor his name is marcel from skipton
ten ton of bulldozer on front end nothing on back end
this is the load i brought back empty helium cylinders
this was a family of iraqis who had upped sticks and were moving so gave the little girls some sweets.
they had just opened the sluice gates and the river was in ful flood.
close your eyes and hope for the best.
