hello all,
here i am back again safe and sound will put a report and some pics on tomorrow as i have just got in and am just cooling down from the heat 27c
This might sound like a stupid question, but your trucks out there hardly have speed limiters on them,do they ■■?
this first pic is for the benefit of TWINCAM
all the trucks can do at least that others will get up to about 135kph
the mission i have just returned from was to camp anaconda just sth east of baghdad.due to the insurgents bombing our normal route we had to go via a route known as bismark which takes you through some small villages which sometimes you have to slow down or sometimes stop in them which can be a bit daunting but in for a penny as they say.
you also have to go over the long pontoon bridge over the euphrates river due to the fact the original bridge was destroyed during the invasion of iraq
due to the way the missions work you dont always have the same crew riding with you but these are a cple of guys i have come to know .
the one standing is stan who was british but now is australian and phil staring out of the cab is welsh.

boy its gona feel slow when you come home
Thanks Neil,
I kinda thought that they wouldnt have limiters on just in case ya had some insurgents chasing your ■■■
