As a point of info “Palestinian Action” was started about 5 years ago. It has entered and sprayed red paint around armament companies in the UK. It was proscribed in June of this year when it entered RAF Fairford and damaged planes by spraying red paint on them.
The proscription order is being appealed against, and the hearing is scheduled for Nov of this year.

Releasing foreign criminals early is a bad choice. But it looks like the least bad choice of several out there.
If we had a fully functioning prison system with capacity to spare, then it would be a non-starter, but we don’t have that. We have an overcrowded system due to under investment over many years.
Being convicted their details will be on record, so if they try entry again they should be identifiable relatively easily. It isn’t fool proof, but nothing is.
Don’t kid yourselves, we allow known offenders in every day.
