Judging by the alarm sounding I guess the “visitor” entered via a fire-escape door. The staff all seemed very calm and professional in dealing with the film-maker.
The guy with cup of coffee seemed to have an issue with the film-maker. That issue must have started during a period we did not see…..I wonder what that was?
Chucking a cup of coffee over anyone is plainly a bad thing to do. It may have been hot, even after the trip over the few hundred yards from the building.
I sincerely hope that the Police take several hours or days in not chasing down rapists, but in prosecuting this assault with a deadly weapon.

Totally agree. That would of course need more provision in the NHS and other Social Services. Cutting costs in those services has pushed more needy people onto the streets, or in the terms of the time, they have been moved onto “care in the community”.
Looking after people who need support in normal housing, rather than in institutions is a noble aim and efficient use of resources. Cutting that home help too much so that they fall into the justice system is far more damaging for them and society as a whole, and eventually more expensive.

For many years the UK has accounted for people coming into the country, but not accounted for them on exit. (In spite of some suggested their passport is stamped on exit) Those who enter on specific visas for healt6h care work shot up under the last few years of the last Govs, and with no system in place then it is inevitable that more will drop out of sight, because no one has been looking for many years.
If you have never looked you will never see them. As time goes on more will be lost.
