nope sorry not the case. when you register with a gp you need to give you previous gp’s name and address so they can get any specific info required. also a student or anyone else that is living away from their permanent home can register as a temporary patient which lasts 3 months and then register again as i did and all the other students did. you can also receive emergency treatment up to 14 days.
sorry try again… in 2016 the nhs targeted ghost patients that hadnt seen their gp for 5 years and removed them from the gp lists.
