Well I’ve seen the light……believe it or not.
I’m off to Dover with my ‘Refugees Welcome’ placard, and I’m volunteering to take 3 in to my own home…..it’s only fair.

The house was overpriced, it was then reduced by £20000, the tenants were allowed to stay on for 4 months but left. Why would they stay for the 4 months notice? They needed to find alternative accommodation before they became homeless by the minister for homelessness? The rent was then upped by £700 per month and new tenants were sourced.
So even when the Renter’s Reform Bill becomes law, if the landlord wants his/her tenants out then the best way a landlord can still make a non fault eviction is to put the house on the market at an over inflated price, with no intention of selling. Give the tenants notice to get out, or for want of a better term, kick them out. Wait 6 months, no rent but in that time maybe tidy up the house, look for new tenants and hey presto bang the rent up if it is below market value and no one is the wiser.
The minister at the moment can charge what on earth she wants as the law stands now and it seems thats what she is doing.

ACOBA (Advisory Committee On Business Appointments) said that normally Ministers should not take up extra positions until 2 years after leaving post. Javid did just that. The rules of ACOBA were set by Johnson and they were allowed to be broken, by the committee heade4d by Tory Eric Pickles. So Johnson set the rules and his underlings broke them, with no consequences.
No resignations? Nope. No moral compass.
What bill was cancelled? A committee was set up earlier this year to investigate what to do re second jobs etc.

rushanara told her tenants that she wasnt going to renew their tenancy because she was going to sell the house and gave them 4 months notice in november which would of run out in march. 5 months ago ie march she rents it out for 4k (700 quid a month more.) which is over 21% increase on 3,300 no reasonable adjustment there… just pure greed. Quite clearly she told them that if they wanted to stay on the rent was going up. sorry that should read quite clearly to anyone with the slightest level of comprehension and intelligence.

Who says he didnt seek advice? No rules broken just standard hypocrisy from starmer and labour supporters.
