Political discussions...

I saw this ‘‘Labour let me down’’ vid, and I thought Franglais must have read my post on the Trump thread,…
He’s actually going to criticise the govt of the day, and admit he may have been at least a bit hasty (if not totally wrong.):flushed_face:
Nope…:joy:

So I took 5 minutes out of my life watching that cack…(well 2 minutes before I got the jist of it and started skimming through all the lefty b/s about Brexit and Israel.)

It’s the Lefty way of criticising themselves…and I urge those who never watch any of Franglais trademark lefty links to at least watch this one..
2 words…comedy gold.:joy:

I was waiting for matey saying the Lib Dems (or the ''Nonentity and Mecenary party as I prefer to call them :joy:) would be a better option…
But know he even surpassed that… the answer to all our problem is…

Wait for it..

We should all vote for…

Yep…

’ THE GREEN PARTY’’
Or an alternative to the saviour policy for the UK…a Lefty coalition…
Aye right.

Over to you Sid…

i switched off after the first 2 seconds when he said all the failures are because of the msm reporting them

Our resident drama queen is back in the house.
Since I say that someone criticising Starmer and supporting some other parties “has some very valid points” she takes it to mean that I say “Vote Green because they are saviours and will fix everything”?

Oh well, much as expected then.

And ReFUK UK Ltd looses another 20% of it’s MPs as one loses the whip for possible “business impropriety”.

As is our resident all wind and pi55 bravado queen.
Difference between me and ‘‘her’’ since we are using alternative gender pronouns  (as I have said countless times) is I say nothing on here that I would not have the balls to say to their faces…

And there lies the difference between me and '‘her’.

Only ‘‘valid’’ if you are brainwashed and out of touch with reality, in denial and serving a harsh lefty agenda…
In fact Franglais Ihave just described YOU to a tee,

Btw…unless you are the absolute chump in the video…(would not at all surprise me)
Hence the use of the name ‘matey’ as opposed to ‘Franglais’…I was not referring to you, but your biased crappy link.

Knob.…(something else I would say to your face btw.)

Unbelievable, numerous county councils nationwide are appealing for private landlords to offer their properties to house refugees.

I think it also includes asylum seekers and failed asylum seekers who are not being returned.

The Government will be paying three times the going rate for the rent to the home owner.

You can sure as hell bet that most if not all will be allowed to stay here with this soft touch socialist outfit…not counting the token gestures of deportation already done.

I have seen articles about tenants being evicted so the landlord can receive more money to house migrants.

In the pandemic to avoid the homeless being frozen to death in shop doorways and park benches which is not a good optic for the government, they were placed in to accommodation, when the pandemic ended they were told to leave to be back on the streets again.

Why do you think that?

How so?
From the link:
“* Rent that falls within the local housing allowance bands.”

So long as the law allows “no fault evictions” it makes economic sense for businesses to do that. Housing in the private sector is about money and profit, not about housing.
Renters Rights Bill:
MSN.

no think about it. they are doing that. Because its going to be soooo much cheaper. the dispicable landlords that have thrown their tenants on the street to get this deal wont be making fictitious claims for damages at all.

you cant make this crap up… they are shouting there is a shortage of houses to rent and how we have to build all these extra ones… (nothing to do with half the party having their fingers in building companies that are getting the contracts of course) then with the next breath they are saying to house illegals in them.

it would serve these landlords right if their houses got burnt down.

The banks and mortgage companies are asking landlords to provide the names of the new tenants when the landlord is in the buy to let sector, they can’t provide the identity as the ID and passports are binned on the way over to England, if the government leadership changes one day the landlords will be stuck with them , unable to evict them as section 21 is being phased out.

It’s possible that squatters rights could be implemented, and unable to get them out of the property.

They won’t be able to sell up for profit.
Previously section 21 meant they give formal written notice to leave the property and didn’t need a reason to evict anyone, I think it changed to they do need a valid reason to evict tenants.

They will be able to get rid. When we get farage in all they will have to do is report illegals staying in their propety and they will come get them at tax payers expense of course

I wouldn’t be saying stuff like that mate you could get 3 years.:joy:

I didnt say they should i said it would serve them right

Taking a loan to buy a property and then rent it out at a profit is a business choice. Risks are part of that business.

Are the lenders not satisfied with being told that the Council will be paying the rent? Sounds a safe bet to me.

Do you think that any and all tenants should be evicted as part of a business opportunity?
Housing should not be part of “get rich quick thinking”.

I can see Starmer muttering ‘Far Right’ and contacting his old mates in the legal establishment to arrange a 'fast track gig for you as we speak.:grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:
Thing is judging bypast events of anybody and everybody imvolved, they might even send me down with you for commenting on it.
See you in court…as they say.:joy:

At least if you laugh at all these current Labour govt goings on. it eases frustration with the ■■■■ s.

Lol what do you think renting is if it isnt a business opertunity ffs

Written into any tenancy will be a notice period. Both tennant and landlord has to obide by that. If i had a property that was being rented out i would have to give x months notice if i wished to end the tenancy then put it on the market. Its as simple as that.

All the blather from ryaner is about making it so the illegals cant be thrown out and of course the lefties are lapping it up.

The only way someone can be evicted with out proper notice is through the courts

you wait till they have the bright idea of anyone with a spare room has to sub let it to these illegals

:joy::joy:
Yep I wonder how many of the Refugees welcome here’ placard wavers will be rushing to volunteer, with the prospect of getting one of the ISIS ex ‘Beatles’ in their leafy suburb home…and I aint talking John, Paul,.George,.OR Ringo here
