I’m might be going mad but I’m sure i used to see trailers in Europe years ago that transported live fish but not in a refrigerated (Frozen) trailer but a rather odd a set up with pipes hanging out of it and a noisy engine, were the fish actually inside the water tanks onboard?

The tv chef Rick Stein has done some interesting documentaries about food nationwide and there were lorries from all over Europe loading the fish that has just been landed in ports all over the UK.
Hardly anything going directly to a regional distribution centre for the major supermarkets or fish processing factories.

Fishers are like farmers. and lorry drivers, and loads of other groups, that always want more and some will always be moaning.
For myself, I will be listening to different points of view before commenting on whether or not it is a “sell-out”, or a bit crap, or a bit OK, or wonderful. I doubt anyone will be saying the last!
